DESIGN PROCESS 
Consultation
You are invited in to our showroom to sit with your personal designer to discuss all of your requirements; door finishes, appliances and worktops. Your designer will want to understand how you will interact with the space and how you envisage it to look.
Design/Presentation
From your discussion, your designer will produce a full design and quotation package for you. Your kitchen design will be presented to you in the showroom on a full size screen where you will be shown around your kitchen in a 3D walk through, a series of drawings and an itemised quotation will also be provided to you. Your designer will work with you until the design has been finalised and agreed by you.
Plan & Sketch up
Place the Order
The next step of the design process is placing the order with us.
Installation
As soon as we are commissioned to work with you, we will come to the site and take a detailed survey to produce service drawings for you indicating where the various services need to be. Throughout this whole process we will be there to answer any queries you may have. Your kitchen will then be delivered.

Aftersales
Throughout the entire process you will be in contact with your project coordinator who liaises with you to make your kitchen installation run as smoothly as possible. They will be available for you to contact during and after your installation has been completed with any concerns that you may have.
